We apologize for the hassle caused and would like to fix those scans as soon as possible. Problems with scans can range from visible seams/patches to blurry colors or movement.
Before sending in details of your report, along with screenshots, please verify that the issue is with the asset in question and not with the Plugin, your settings, the Engine/DCC, etc.
For each asset, you will find a “Report Issue” option as shown in the below screenshot.
This can be used to notify our Support team to resolve the problems.
