We apologize for the hassle caused and would like to fix those scans as soon as possible. Problems with scans can range from visible seams/patches to blurry colors or movement.
Before sending in your report, please ensure that you are logged in before reporting the issue, otherwise your report will be submitted as "Anonymous", and we will not be able to respond to obtain more info.
Note: To ensure the problem is resolved as soon as possible, please structure your asset report thoroughly, as detailed here. Simply scroll down to "Asset Reports" section. Before sending in your report, please verify that the issue is with the asset in question and not with the Plugin, your settings, etc.
For each asset, you will find a “Report Issue” option as shown in the below screenshot.
This can be used to notify our Support team to resolve the problems.
