How does the Megascans 30 day free trial work?

If you would like to try using Megascans with tools other than Unreal Engine, you can sign up for a 30 day free trial before you choose to switch to a paid subscription. Please note that the free trial option is only available if you have not previously purchased a subscription plan. 

The 30 day free trial gives you access to download and use our collection of "Free" assets. 

To sign up for the Megascans 30 day free trial, simply Sign in with Epic Games via Bridge:

Select the “START FREE TRIAL” option from the window that automatically pops up:

You should get the following confirmation pop-up once you’re successfully subscribed to the trial:

On the left side of Bridge, you’ll find the “Free” assets category:

To subscribe to a paid plan at any time during or after the free trial, go to the upper-right corner of Bridge and click "Subscribe.". You can also select Account Settings to review your subscription status:

Please note that this trial cannot be canceled and once you sign up for it, it will expire automatically after 30 days.
