"Account not found" Login Error

We are aware that some Quixel users are experiencing difficulties logging in to their account at this time and would like to provide an update regarding this. 

Epic Games has made changes to its ecosystem in order to provide age-appropriate experiences for creators, developers, and players. As Quixel is part of this ecosystem, your Quixel account may be affected by these changes. 

If you are receiving an error upon login, such as “account not found,” please navigate to the Epic Games website and log in to the Epic Games account associated with your Quixel account. Once you have logged in, you will receive prompts to verify your account data. 

Once you have verified your account data, you should then be able to log in to your Quixel account as usual.
