    Hi Jorge!

Sorry about the trouble! Let's see if we can look into what's causing this. What are your system specs?

Hi Jorge, it could simply be a GPU driver issue. I will not repeat what Jonathan said but having the system specs and which drivers you have could really help!

    Hello Jonathan and Jin,

Happy Easter. Well, in Brazil is Easter today. In some places it is April 28, if it is your case, I am advancing on the 28th.

First of all, thank you for the quick response. My notebook is a bit old. Regarding the configuration, I leave only processor and video in the comment, and a link to the complete specs report in the sequence.

The reason for using the relatively old drivers is that they are recommended by the manufacturer itself. When updating them I had several blue screen of death problems, so when I last formatted, I returned to the one recommended by the manufacturer.

I am aware that this Radeon video card can be tricky. If you find it interesting I can test new versions of the drivers.

    Thanks again,

I don't think drivers are the issue here - I'm pretty certain your chipset is out of date and not supported. The release date for the 7730M was in 2012. Mixer requires video cards with modern architecture to run correctly - or at all, actually. You could try updating the drivers. It's a potential fix but considering the age of the card, an unlikely one. You could also ensure that your GPU is set to run while 3D applications are operating, or set to run at all times. If Mixer is being loaded by your CPU's video, it simply won't load because the CPU doesn't have the graphics architecture to render Mixer's output.

    Hi Jonathan,

Well, I've updated the drivers to the latest version available on the AMD website (ignoring Dell's recommendation). And now everything works perfectly. I haven't had any other problems with any other applications at the moment. It seems solved for now.

Thanks a lot for the help.
