    Could you clarify for us? The export plugin for Blender should be contained with Bridge itself and will be something you can install when you open Bridge's export options.

    With effort, I have been able to correctly download the Megalink file, installed it in Blender 2.80, and yet nothing seems to happen when I click on the Import option. I am including two screen shots of how far I got??

    Hello everyone,

    I just installed live link for blender 2.8 and bridge. Whenever I try to export an asset (I'm trying with a free one) I get popup in the right bottom corner of the screen that says "converting 1 of 4 textures". That message stays on the screen infinitely and nothing happens in blender. 

    Did anyone experience such an issue, and if so, can you give some help?

    P.S: I posted a screen shot, that illustrates what I'm trying to explain.

    Bridge is stuck at this point, can not do anithing. the small cirle is showing that is loading downloaded assets but can not  acces anithing, can not log into in or change settings. It behave like having an invisible pop up over .  However i can acces the menus but they will not work. P.S. : Apologise for my eventualy bad english .

    Hi, please could you fix the issue with importing custom assets resolution? It cannot read it properly. It thinks its 2K only most of the time.

    Any chance for a Modo integration soon?
    Bridge is really handy for me btw, I'm using the assets for really large environments on Modo and so far so good, organizing stuff and searching with tags. Just wish the workflow was faster with less conversion steps for modo users.

    What effects do you use for each material channel in Modo if I can ask?

    For instance when you use an Unreal material. I have questions about certain channels and in particular the Displacement one as there is not really a corresponding Unreal effects channel for the displacement texture it seems.

    So far when importing the 4 different texture maps in Modo and using an Unreal base material I selected the following effect channels:

    texturemap_2K_Roughness   =   Unreal Roughness (Effect)

    texturemap_2K_Displacement   =   ??? (Effect)

    texturemap_2K_Normal_LOD0   =   Unreal Normal (Effect)

    texturemap_2K_Albedo   =   Unreal Base Color (Effect)

    Do we select for the Displacement one an Unreal Bump effect?

     

    What's the deal now with a Modo LiveLink, was there a rumor about any legal issues that stopped the development of it. How come substance has a plugin for Modo and the fantastic Bridge - Modo integration stays out? Could anyone explain please why it has not been part of the latest updates?
