    Hi, we are investigating this issue, affecting a percentage of our Mixer user base. Our developers are on it already and you will be notified about an update ASAP.

    In the meantime, could you share us more information about your setup specs (CPU, GPU, monitor, working windows resolution...).

    I have same problem

     

    Cpu: intel core i5 3570k

    Gpu: gtx 1070

    Ram: 24 gb

    Display resolution: 1440x900

    Having same problem after installing new version of mixer today.

     

    Installed latest nvidia drivers and problem persist still.

     

    Cpu: Amd Ryzen 2700x

    Gpu: 1080ti

    Motherboard: AM4 Asus Crosshair Hero 7

    Ram: 32gb DDR4

    Same problem. Previous version was working fine and I installed the new one yesterday and I keep getting this error now and can't launch.
    I have a very important project that needs to go next week, please do kindly fix this asap.

    I thought about a workaround for you and this might help you in the meantime: you can download the before-last version of Mixer: Quixel Mixer v2019.1.4.0.

    I download the Windows File, but this is likewise Mac OS File. I need Windows File. :)

    Is it your first time using Mixer Knorbelix ? I'm just curious if any Mixer version worked for you in the past or if it's your first time using it. I can provide you an older version (or anyone here having the same issue). Until our Mixer dev-team fixes that issue (if you really can't wait for a fix and want to play with Mixer).

    Hello all, I know this is an old thread, but I am having an issue where Mixer is telling me that it cannot copy or save the example project, so it will not launch.

    I have an Intel i7 and a Gigabyte 1080 Windforce.
