MIXER resolution changes PBR output!!!!!

HI, I'm trying to make a material in mixer. I'm working in 2k and exporting in 4k. However when ever I change the resolution, whether for working or export, the output looks TOTALLY different. I have re-downloaded the latest version but the problem persists. I'm not sure how to link the file so I've provided screenshots after changing working resolutions to demonstrate what's happening. I really need the material I designed in 2k as the output so this issue is very annoying. Pease HELP!

  Let's see what is causing that behavior but first I will need more information: could you show me your export settings + export texture settings please?
