I recently heard about giant bees that make psychedelic honey in the Himalayas. So, I'm gonna try to do a honeycomb!

  Looking cool! You could make use of the curvature mask to get some of that extra colour variation around the edges as per the ref :)

  I think for stylized you can simply remove ome of the realism in the shape for something more drawing looking. Maybe some Disney movies or similar (not the rework CGI ones) have some good reference!
  
  Nice work, with some SSS in a proper rendering software it will look very interesting.

  Hey buddy nice one...i am a noob so trying out few things in this would you like to share your thoughts how to get that hexagon (Honeycomb) pattern in mask layer i am getting square so didn't knew much... that would be grt to hear from you.
