    No i've already played with the export format at what bit amount it is. And have been using 32bit exr

    When creating the material I checked the displacement view (instead of PBR view) and can see that the only sections shaded white were the extremes, So I'm just assuming this is a limitation of displacement maps and that I should have too many extremes in my material (heigh wise).

    Hi!

    This is actually normal. If your displacement is too white or dark, it depends on the height value. Too low or too high will result in a hardly visible displacement (because the displacement is not normalized).

    Did you try in your renderer of choice? How does the displacement look like in Mixer? You can reduce the height per layer if needed.
