    Hi Mat!

    I suppose you can see the Megascans Shelf? Try this:

    • Find where is your Clarisse plugin path locally. It should be where your Megascans library is
    • Mine looks like this:
      Script Path ↳ (...) Megascans/Library/Megascans/support/plugins/clarisse/1.1/MSLiveLink/MS_LiveLinkLauncher.py
      Icon Path:  ↳ Megascans/Library/Megascans/support/plugins/clarisse/1.1/MSLiveLink/MS_Logo.png
    • Simply copy the correct path inside this window:

      Also, did you have Clarisse open while auto-installing the plugin? The Auto Install should work. Here is a link of the official documentation. You can use this web page documentation from now on.

      I'll stay available for any further assistance.

      Best,
      Jin

    Yes i have the shelf button and i just made a fresh intall of the clarisse plugin from the link of official doc.

    but this error still raise :

    Traceback (most recent call last):
    00:07:52 File "<string>", line 17, in <module>
    00:07:52 NameError: name 'LiveLink_Path' is not defined
    00:07:52

    for information the link for the plugin is version 1.0 and it seems that you use 1.1 , maybe there is a patch in the new version.

    Is it possible to get it ?

    Can you show me your full hard drive directory path of your LiveLink Clarisse plugin?

    • Search for it inside where your Megascans folder was create. You can find the Megascans directory via Bridge Menu > Edit > Settings > A pop up window will open and will show you the "Local Library Path":

    • This is where you should find it:

    Copy / Paste the file directory + the MS_LiveLinkLuncher.py and MS_logo.png inside the Clarisse Shelf Settings (my GIF above).

    I might be running an internal dev version, otherwise you get free LiveLink updates directly from Bridge! I will double check that for you.

    I have alreadu did it several times,

    it does not fix anything.

    the problems seems to come from the MS_LiveLinkLauncher.py file

    the error came form those line

    LiveLink_Path = '"' + LiveLink_Path + '"'
    LiveLink_Exe_Path = '"' + LiveLink_Exe_Path + '"'
    Package_Path = '"' + Package_Path + '

    if i declare those variable as empty string before, i do not have the error mentionned above.

    However i new error raise in the cmd prompt who pop after clicking the shelf button :

    MS_ClLiveLink.exe is not found

    and the cmd prompt close

    Could you screenshot the error log instead?  Especially this one:

    • LiveLink_Path = '"' + LiveLink_Path + '"'
      LiveLink_Exe_Path = '"' + LiveLink_Exe_Path + '"'
      Package_Path = '"' + Package_Path + '

    Thank you in advance.

    I noticed something. Could you rename your folder "Megascans" instead of "24_Megascan" and let me know?

    If not, we'll keep on finding a solution!

    Thank you for testing. I've created a ticket, our support team will get back to you ASAP to find a solution (via email).

    Make sure to mention any useful details: your installation pipeline setup and environment variables, OS version and Clarisse (you did already) and any additional info that could help us (beside the information you already shared in this thread).

    Apology for any inconvenience.

    Best,
    Jin
