Bridge login stopped suddenly working

    Hello! Thank you for reaching out on our forum. Sorry for any inconvenience this issue might have caused. I'll walk you through some steps that should fix the issue:

    1. Close Bridge if it is open
    2. Make sure in the windows task manager (assuming you are on that OS), no Bridge processes are running
    3. Delete the "Bridge" and "Megascans Bridge" folders in the the following directory:
      C:\Users\[User Account Name]\AppData\Roaming
    4. Open Bridge by right clicking and choosing "Run as administrator"
    5. Go to Bridge settings and make sure your path is correctly linked to the Megascans path directory you've set before (where you have downloaded assets previously)
    6. Sign in
