    Hello Mkhan!

Nothing sure as for now but I highly think your GPU "Intel HD Graphics 4000" might be causing the issue. I'll forward this to our developers and open a support ticket.

    Thank you for your report.

    Best,
    Jin

Same  problem here in 2019.2.3 beta. PBR is a black polygon on the standard gradient background, all others (diffuse, spec, normal...) are all bright pink. No displacement shows on the plane in profile.

    2019.1.4.0 beta works fine.

Same problem here, when I re-size the viewport I get crazy looking glitches.

As I zoom I can see a black square, and I can also see the grid if enabled while zooming in and out, but once stationary it goes haywire!

Notice in the last screenshot you can see branches from a downloaded asset, that did not complete and does not show up in Local Assets.

The garbled viewport even went on top of an error message. (screenshot 4)

If i used PrintScreen then I was able to capture error message while downloading asset, if I pressed windows key to get to Snip the viewport took over and could not see error message.

    Good luck developers.
