Hi Joseph! Thank you for your report. I have a few questions before I can move forward into troubleshooting:

    • Which 3D Application are you using?
    • When did you download the assets?
    • What is the asset ID? To find out, you can go in Bridge, mouse-over the asset in question, right click > copy asset ID (or "link").

    Awaiting for your response

    Best,
    Jin

From what I can see on the screenshot, you are using a bulit in Microsoft Windows 3D Viewer application. It is possible that they do not support multi assets.

If you try on a full featured 3D Application like Blender, Autodesk Maya or similar, I'm pretty sure you will have no problem into seeing each objects of the asset separately.

    Thanks for your fast reply,

    Which 3D Application are you using? Blender(2.8) / Unreal Engine 4 (2.23)

When did you download the assets? Today few hours ago, i tried to delete then dl again to see if it change too.

    What is the asset ID?

Here are the results in Blender, i followed step by step the way to export correctly with Blender live link. I can separate each 3D asset by hand:

Here the result in UE4, i also use the live link:

Maybe i did something wrong but i don't know what it could be...

I found something weird, whenever i'm approching closely to the (bug) asset in UE4 (i mean if i move closely to it with "WASD"), every assets combined disappear and it shows the right asset, then i move backward the bug reappears. Depend of the distance

Sorry i come again to ask if you find any solution. I can do it by seperate each assets in blender then export fbx > then import into UE4 so it works fine like this. However, it might be a problem if i want to save time by exporting from bridge directly to UE4. As i said, maybe it's not a bug and i did something bad... I have another computer and the exact same thing happen.

Hope you can tell me a solution for the "Bridge to UE4 pack export"

Hi! I apologize for the extremely late reply... But for anyone facing the same issue:

Blender OBJ  importer has an option that requires to be checked on for not merging OBJs. I do recommend the ABC alembic format or FBX, over OBJ, especially for multi-objects assets.
