Mixer not getting to the main screen

I just downloaded Mixer and as soon as I started Im stuck with this screen for a while now. Tried running in comptability but doesnt seem to work.

 

My specs: 

Intel i5- 6700

16 GB RAM

GTX 1050 OC 

Windows 10 Home

5TB HDD

  I was able to fix it using by installing an old version, logging in and then installing a new version.

  That being said, this is just a work around.

  Same here and same for a colleague of mine. Probably has to do with the Epic Games acquisition.

  Mine won't work too! i have been stuck with a new version for a while now. And even funnier, no solution actually works for me. I have been reinstalling, logging in and out. And nothing. I cant use older version because I need 3D assets option. Can someone help me with my problem? Thanks in advance!

  Exactly the same problem. Updated to the latest release and it's now sticking on the loading screen.

  I tried downloading the older version but im using my epic games account and dont have a quixel one. It does not let me login with Epic games account though. But im able to get past the loading screen

  Mine won't got past the start screen despite logging in with an older version and then updating with 2.3. No matter what I do 2.3 just doesn't want to log in or anything.
