Quixel Mixer 2019.2.3 freezes on startup

Hi,

I've installed the Quixel Mixer latest beta (v.2019.2.3) on my windows laptop. When I opened Mixer, It freezes at the splash screen. Kindly have a look at my system configuration.

 

System Info:

Intel Core i3 4005U CPU with Intel HD Graphics 4400

8GB RAM

Nvidia 820M 2GB GPU

Windows 10 Pro

  I had the same issue. I just redownloaded it and can confirm that it works now.

  Hi, i recently installed mixer 2.3 but whenever I launch it freezes on searching for assets step 1 of 4.

  Does anyone have a fix for this?
