Hi,
For future reference, please follow the below steps:
1. Close Bridge, if already running.
2. Navigate to C:\Users\[Username goes here]\AppData\Roaming.
3. Delete Bridge and Megascans folder.
4. Restart Bridge."AppData" is a hidden folder in the above-stated directory. If not visible then ensure that the option for "Show hidden files and folders" is enabled in the Folder Options of your Windows Explorer.

I found the Bridge folder at the following path : Users > "YourAccountName" > AppData > Roaming.
The AppData file can be hidden so you may have to display masked elements through the display settings.
I only deleted the "Bridge" folder, not the "Megascans Bridge" folder and it worked well for me.
Thank you guys for helping the community!

I haven't heard of a permanent solution. It's pretty frustrating, I've had to do this fix about 5 times now.
I'm not certain, but I think they are working on a new version of Bridge/Mixer, which might explain why this problem hasn't been fixed. Hopefully the problem wont exist in the next version.

Thanks Laila Shahzad !

I have now had to do this procedure 6 times on 3 different computers. I have to say that my first experience with quixel as a brand was after your partnership with Epic was announced, and frankly I've only had frustration using your products since then.
I'm enrolled in an online class for furthering my 3d skills, and even my instructors have run into this problem, live, while teaching a class and didn't know how to fix it. I hope you will consider how poor this makes your public image look and expedite a solution.

Hi there,
We've recently released an update that should hopefully rectify this issue. Please update to the latest version of Bridge, and if the issue persists, send in your log file at support@quixel.se so the Bridge team can investigate this issue further and come up with a fix.
The Bridge log file can be found at the following locations based on the OS:

Note:
"AppData" is a hidden folder in the above-stated directory. If not visible then ensure that the option for "Show hidden files and folders" is enabled in the Folder Options of your Windows Explorer.
Mac OSX
~/Library/Application Support/Bridge
It’s a text file
Linux
Home/.config/Bridge

Check your Timezone Settings: Make sure that both set time automatically and set timezone automatically are checked in order for Bridge to run efficiently. If these settings are not in place, you will be faced with a blank screen when you launch Bridge.
For Windows: Settings > Time and Language.
For MacOS: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203413 -
Run Bridge as Administrator: Bridge requires admin rights (on Windows) and unrestricted internet access. Make sure local firewalls (e.g. Windows Firewall) or antivirus programs are not interfering with your connection or blocking Bridge. Here is an article explaining how to allow/block applications in windows firewall How To Allow Or Block Apps In Windows Firewall in Windows 10.
If the issue persists, make a new thread or more preferably, send us an email with your log file at support@quixel.com
