Computer Hard Surfaces such as were typical of ~1970s-early 90s computer technology, largely beige in color or coated with some form of enamel of the same color. Surface imperfections range from subtle to leathery in appearance depending on the make and model. Color variations welcome. Just a few references of what I mean:

  Can't this be easily achieved with correct PBR settings, solid color and imperfection maps?
