We just released Bridge 2019.5.1 which should address this issue for most, if not all, users who encounter it. Any users continuing to run into login troubles should e-mail support@quixel.com with your Bridge logs so we can investigate and resolve it ASAP. Thank you!

Could you please share more details about this? What happens when you click Sign in with Epic Games? Also, are you facing this issue on the website or in Bridge or in all apps?

I am having the exact same issue with bridge. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it three times now because when i open it, all it does is sit there

spinning on the left side. and in the middle its says go to library to download assets, and up at the top it says sign in. but when i click on that

and hit sign in with epic account a screen shows for one sec or so and then just goes away. It never does anything at all.

Seems ever sense quixel and epic joined the program broke.

Same here.. I managed somehow to link the UE4 account, but Bridge will not work/login, just returns to the login screen.

yeh after looking at the log, it states that the email or password used is not valid. Which is not true because i can log in to quixel on the website just fine. and when i click the log in with epic it just says redirecting and then vanishes. who knows, i gave up lol.

I have had the same problem. I found deleting the Bridge folder on "C:\Users\Sahari\AppData\Roaming" and logging in again as the solution.

I hope this works for you too!

Sirbum69 BigErn could you guys also try deleting the Bridge folder on "C:\Users\<Username goes here>\AppData\Roaming" and see if it helps solve the problem? Please make sure that the Bridge app is closed before you delete the folder.

What is the equivalent solution for this on a Mac?

DBert on Mac you can try deleting the Bridge and Megascans Bridge folders in "Macintosh HD⁩ ▸ ⁨Users⁩ ▸ ⁨<Username goes here> ▸ ⁨Library⁩ ▸ Application Support" and see if it helps solve the problem. Please make sure the app is closed before doing this. In case it doesn't fix the issue please write to support@quixel.se and we'll have a look.
