    Hi,

    Please follow the below steps:

    1. Close Bridge, if already running.
    2. Navigate to C:\Users\[Username goes here]\AppData\Roaming.
    3. Delete Bridge and Megascans folder.
    4. Restart Bridge.

    Let me know if it doesn't work.
