    Hello! Thank you for your report. We actually have an update that will be released as soon as we are able to publish it. I will relay your issue to our developers and double check if we have fixed it in our upcoming update!

    Quick question, is it something fixed in the 4.8 version ?

    Now the specular map is imported but not connected. I was wondering that maybe it is up to the user to use it or not ?

     

    Edit: Did some reading and as far I understand, it is not really physically correct to use a specular map . The value is constant for Dielectric Materials. I guess could still be used for aesthetic purposes. Also it supposed to represent F0, and it is more about controlling the IOR for game render engine.
