Automatic Image adaptation to Mixer standards when importing custom surfaces
AnsweredAt the moment, maps need to be 24bit RGB. When you import maps with other bitdepths, they end up getting wrong gamma applied. Please make Mixer detect what input format was given, and convert it automatically to the right mode (for instance a 32bit RGBA should get detected as such and imported as a 24bit RGB). At the moment you have to use scripting or manually convert the maps. It's a tedious extra step which also isn't obvious to make. It took me a day to figure out what was wrong, and in terms of user-friendliness, I think this is a must have feature. Please consider implementing it.
