Error Downloading Asset (Unknown Error)

Hello, 

I downloaded Quixel Mixer (via Unreal Engine) today and I'm encountering errors. Whenever I try to download textures, it takes a long time to download until the download blocks and displays "Error Downloading Asset Unknown Error". This message is always displayed for each of my download attempts. I've already tried to reinstall the software several times, to change version, to change the library location, to log off and log in, nothing helps.

Is there any way to fix this?

EDIT: I tried to download a texture from your library website directly on Google Chrome, the same thing happened. The download is extremely long (whereas other downloads are fine) then literally stops and restarts again. It's literally impossible for me to download anything from Quixel.

  Hi, could you upload on like Google Drive the Mixer log file?
  
  • Windows: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Quixel\Quixel Mixer\Player.log
  • MacOS: ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log
