Problem with display models on viewport in Mixer
AnsweredHello.
Sorry for my bad english.
I Have a very strange problem with display models on the viewport in Mixer 2020
Any models are displayed only in the "flat" mode in the background settings of the camera.
But even so, they are not displayed correctly. The problem will persist with any viewport mods - pbr / albedo / roughnees / ... and in previous versions of Mixer.
But in Bridge, in SP and other software, everything is displayed correctly.
The problem is also not affected by any settings and parameters in Mixer.
The latest drivers are installed. I tried the previous ones - the same thing. Reinstalled Mixer and even microsoft visual c ++. Also did not help
And no, the problem is not in the model itself. This happens with any models, both from the library, and then me loaded.
My system:
- Pentium G4560 3.50 GHz
- 12 GB RAM
- Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2GB

Hi,
We've reviewed and tried to replicate this issue, but were unable to - it's likely that it is a hardware related issue rather than an issue with Mixer. The minimum hardware requirements for Mixer that are usually recommended are:
- GPU with support for Shader Model 5 & OpenGL 4.1 or above (Radeon HD 5000 or Nvidia GeForce 400) with 2GB of VRAM
- Atleast 4 GB of available RAM
- 2GB of local space, varies greatly based on number of assets.
