Bridge not detecting my assets

i have multiple computers and to make my workflow a little easier i just move from one pc to another with all my assets on a 2tb hard drive. the problem im running into while trying this is that bridge in my main windows pc isn't detecting my already downloaded assets. a few assets it even let me download before saying that they were not downloaded (which they were). has anyone else experienced this? if so how can you fix the issue?

It was set to the correct drive, it just doesn't pick up the assets
