Hello, what happens when you export-to-library? Are you getting an error? Try to search for your files and see where they landed.

Hello I have the same problem with the "export to library" greyed. I've just changed the albedo of a 3d asset.

Seems like the export for 3d objects is not supported. Yu must export the maps in the right panel and use them in you apllication

I just found a bit of a work around here. It seems you can work on your mix on the custom mesh and then switch back to 2D plane and export to library from there and it will appear in Bridge.

You can't currently export 3D meshes to Bridge from Mixer - if you're seeing a grayed out Export to Library menu, that would be the reason why. This should be coming in a future update to Mixer.

Thanks for the reply. For me it was more the fact I wanted the material to export to Bridge, I wasn't bothered about the mesh as I could reassign the material in UE4. This work around has saved me the bother of setting up the material from scratch and seems to work ok.

    MCFORBES,

Thank you for the work-around solution! I switched to a 2D plane and it worked, the masks and layers remain the same so it's still an efficient problem-solving with the current version of the Mixer software.

    Cheers!

    Hi there.

My Mixer and Bridge library paths are the same. But when I export to local library in Mixer, nothing appears in Bridge. its a mixed surface, not a model. I also have refreshed and restarted both apps . Can you help me with this>?
