    Hi,

In case the download cancels prior to completion, click on the download button again. Bridge will resume the download from where it left off (although the bar will begin from 1%, the size of the file to be downloaded from the back-end will be minus the amount already downloaded prior to cancellation).

Hmmm. I've downloaded the first 60mb about 30 times now...

Finally it got to 100% but then it just shows it as if I need to download it again, and it tries to download the whole 300mb again.

I've probably downloaded several gigabytes of data to get this 300mb to complete.

    Hi,

I've created a Support ticket for this issue. We'll be in touch.

Hello, I've had exactly the same issue. I would also add from what i've noticed in some youtube tutorials, whenever the blue download icon is pressed, an export tab comes out on the right. This doesn't show up in my case.

Please tell me how to proceed in order to solve this out.

    Thank you.

I have the same problem. Already i contact with support for 2 weeks. No fix as of now. Downloads are super slow and and most of the time will not complete. Same goes for directly downloading from the website. Can't use my subscription at all, great...

edit: resetting my router did the trick

Hi, I am having the same problem without Bridge.

I am using firefox to download the files. And the downloads are breaking, too.
To be more precise: Every now and then the download works and the file gets finished. But in the next minute all downloads cancel and have to be restarted. Them I keep trying to download while the files keep being cancelled. After some retries the download works again and with a bit of luck, it gets finished.

In my case a best practice seems to be, not to DL more then three files at a time.

As of the behaviour my guess is a server issue.

    Hi,

Please review your Task Manager to ensure there is enough bandwidth for Bridge to download assets. What region of the world are you in?

Kindly use a VPN service and connect via a US server on it. Then attempt to download the asset. And share your findings with us.
-Since our servers lie in the US, when you connect via a US server through a VPN, it somehow bypasses the default network route to access the assets.
