I can't download UE4 plugin and assets

    Hey Everyone,

    For our users encountering download issues, we've built a custom version of Bridge. Please adhere to the following instructions to install it.

    • Close Bridge (if already running).
    • Uninstall Bridge by going to the App & Features settings on your system.

    • Navigate to C:\Users\[Username goes here]\AppData\Roaming and delete Bridge and Megascans Bridge folder there. (Note, AppData is a hidden folder)

    • Navigate to C:\Users\[Username goes here]\AppData\Local and delete megascans-bridge-updater folder.

    • Download and install the following version of Bridge: https://quixel-apps.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/bridge/Bridge+Setup+2020.4.4.exe

    • Run Bridge as Administrator.

    • Log in and attempt to download the plugin & a few assets.

    Please let us know if the issue persists!

    Same problem here. The udk4 plugin download starts but soon it stucks.

    It always stops at this point

    Hello Yasir,

     

    I just followed your recommended steps and I still am unable to download the UE4 plugin. It stops in the middle of the download. 

    Any help you are able to provide in alleviating this matter would be greatly appreciated!
