Hello! I'd like to ask some questions:

    • What is your Clarisse version?
    • Are using the PLE or a licensed customer one? Just make sure to have the right version opened when exporting.
    • Are you lunching the MSplugin in Clarisse before clicking on "export" in Bridge? This has to be done in that order.
    • What version of the plugin do you have? Go to 📁your_path\Megascans Library\support\plugins\clarisse and you should see the plugin version + folder inside.
    • Are you on Windows 10 or another OS?

Looking forward to receiving more information.

    Cheers

Hello, thx for the reply, I think I understood what was the problem... I am on windows 10, and I had a 3.7 python version installed, which must have been the origin of a conflict. Removing python 3.7 get me the script working fine again...

    Hope it helps :)

Yes, correct. It's highly recommended to not switch to Python 3.7 just yet as it is not yet compatible with many compliant softwares and plugins.

Thanks for letting us know! We will update all the plugins to Python 3.7 in the future.

    Cheers
