I posted about this before, months ago, and never got a response, maybe it was in the wrong thread? (figured someone in support could help me this time). I eventually forgot about it, which might be your strategy to avoid giving out promised refunds, but wanted to get a legitimate answer. Honestly, the money isn't that big of a deal, but maybe someone who spent $$$ on your product might be in the same boat, and hopefully this might help get answers.
I used Megascans monthly subscription strictly in UE4 and when the refund announcement came out I followed the directions and switched to the Unreal Unlimited plan, and waited for the promised refund to be issued. I have a few co-workers that are in the same boat, but a few also got their refund....So what's up?
