This problem has happened before but has come back since I started using Bridge again. Bridge has been completely set up on my laptop and works great online but sometimes I cannot get internet access when using bridge so I have to resort to using the license file to do offline work. The license file is saved on my desktop and I just downloaded it again to replace to original in case something changed on the newest update. It has been re-linked in the settings menu and activated.
