    It looks like your UVs placed such that Mixer considers them stacked on top of one another. I'd recommend packing them with some distance between the individual shells if they're not welded and ensure that all of them are unique and not flipped.

    Please give Mixer ability to support UV independent curves because currently it gives results i do not want. Use only mesh based curvature detection.

    Now I tried again with a different model. No matter what I do, it will not work. Good UVs and normals. I`m not gonna bother to upload more images but I hope you will work on this tool in the future. Substance painters curvature tool is killing it. Otherwise a very cool software you`ve got there..
