I can't log in with sony account

On Internet I log in quixel with epic games account linked to sony account. when I open Quixel Mixer I click log in with epic games and then Playstation network but sony page keeps loading... in the browser it doesn't happen

    -Please share a few screenshots or a video demonstrating the problem you are facing.
    -I'll need the log file as well. For that please navigate to one of the following paths depending upon your OS:

    Windows
    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Quixel\Quixel Mixer\Player.log
    Mac OSX
    ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

    they really refuse to believe that it's their error and not ours... please fix it or just delete you're terrible software... nobody has been able to log in with their sony account... please delete your terrible software... also signing in with steam also doesn't work like before asking for damn user logs just try signing in with a sony account or a steam account and realize that you messed up and it's not too late to fix it.........

    I've just downloaded bridge for the first time and have the same issue. I can log in fine on the website using my sony account, but on brigde it keeps looping on the load screen.

    I have found a solution. When you link your Epic account to any kind of account you automaticaly generate a new user. If you check your settings into account information you can find out with email address you're using and you can log in using epic games account without struggling to use sony, steam or even facebook.
