Cannot login using Epic games in Quixel Mixer

I cannot login into Quixel Mixer using my Epic games account because of the arkose captcha, which is unresponsive and times out. I have tried reinstalling mixer and I have also tried installing other versions of mixer but nothing seems to work. I am on WINDOWS 10. I know it isn't my PC and it is mixer that is causing the problem. Please help. I tried using 2020.1.4, 2020.1.3 and 2020.1.1
