Hello! I'm new to Blender and Mixer and am trying to get the hang of things.
I'm trying to follow the video tutorials for Mixer on the official channel, and the 'curvature' mask came up. The mask functions fine for models imported from bridge, however custom meshes are seriously messed up. The edge masks are completely incorrect.
Trying this with a screw exported as obj from Blender https://prnt.sc/u3mefz
In an attempt to troubleshoot this, I tried importing the default Blender cube, and the results are clear, I don't know what I'm doing... https://prnt.sc/u3mf0g
Things I've tried:
- Custom UV unwrapping
- Baking normals and curvature via this tutorial uploaded today https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dmoy1p9z8vY
- Importing as fbx
Any help would be very much appreciated!
