MIxer install doesn't work.

Okay I made installing Mixer before but I couldn't log in with my Epic account. I tried log in but the page doesn't go to the next and stayed there. I even tried register the license file with my epic account. But still it didn't work and stayed in the screen. So I decided uninstall Mixer and restarted my computer. Then I tried to reinstall Mixer again and now I can't even install Mixer any more. I opened the installation file as administrator and the Mixer install page shows up but just a few second later, a pop up shows up and says "There has been an error. Error in smlfileGet action" and nothing worked. I don't know what to do for this. I attach the error pop-up image here. Please direct me the solution.

I even recorded the video how it didn't work but I don't know how to put the video here.

And my computer spec is 

Intel(R) Core i7-6700k CPU @ 4.00GHz

Geforce 1080 graphic driver 

32 gb Ram

Windows 10 home.

    Hey! Which version of Mixer is it? Kindly upload the video on streamable.com and share the link here.

    I tired "Mixer v2020.1.4 for Windows" first and then "Mixer v2020.1.4 for Windows".

    Both of versions don't work.

    Hi Ed_Kim! 

    I'm going to mention a few steps below, 

    - Go to your Program files folder and see if you have a previous version of Mixer installed

    - Open the Quixel Mixer folder, and uninstall the application using the uninstaller

    - Kindly navigate to the path and delete the temp files folder:
      C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\Quixel Mixer

    - Delete the new installer and download it again from the site

    - Try installing again

    Once done, kindly let me know about the results. Will be looking forward to your response.

    so I tried UROOJ's solution but still doesn' work.

    How I can install a mixer please let me know.

    I uninstalled the previous version, but I can't install it again.

    I managed to do it somehow.
    After deleting the folder in Appdata>Roaming, I was able to install.

    Thank you everyone. I tried to uninstall Mixer in the program folder but there wasn't the Mixer folder because I deleted all the related folders and files while I was trying to solve this issue. And I took Persman's way and there was still the Quixel folder in my Apptata>Roaming folder. So I deleted it. Then I downloaded a new installer and tried installing again. Finally it worked!

    And now I'm facing the same problem again that I mentioned above in the beginning. I can't log in with my Epic account on Mixer on my desktop. My Epic account works fine on Bridge and Mixer on only my laptop. It doesn't work on only my desktop. 

    Besides I tried to log in and failed a lot of times but I once got a pop-up error message. I took a screen shot and attach the image here. 

    Can you please direct me to log in on Mixer?

    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Quixel\Quixel Mixer\Player.log

    Hi! I also solved the problem I can't install the mixer through PERSAMN's solution.

    but I also have the same issue I can't log in through epic ID.

    We have shipped a new version of Mixer which is Mixer 2020.1.5. It has a pack of new smart materials and a few bug fixes along with a fix for this issue that you guys are facing. Kindly update your Mixer to the latest version and let me know how it goes.
