    Normal maps default to OGL format in Mixer. You can change this at any point in Mixer's export settings.

    The difference between OGL and DirectX is the Y direction, so simply invert it

    Hello there
    What if i cant use this option? i dont see it and my cursor turns red "says - no" when i hower mouse over "Linear" "RGB" and other options
    The only available options are Name and Format (JPG/EXR/PNG/TGA/TIF)
    That means that this plugin for 3ds max doesnt support this feature?

    Hi there! even though this is not Mixer but Bridge exporter, I think.
    The solution is right there!
    I see you have Normal Y and you need to use Normal -Y which is the invert. Hope this was helpful!
