This is quite a weird thing I encountered while cooking the game after updating Megascans plugin to the recent version.
Few assets from Megascans plugin's Content uses texture from Paper 2D plugin. This leads to a failing cook process if Paper2D plugin is disabled.
C:/Program Files/Epic Games/UE_4.25/Engine/Plugins/2D/Paper2D/Content/PlaceholderTextures/FlatNormalMap.uasset
Megascans plugins shouldn't rely on any asset from other plugins as specific project might have those plugins disabled. Or even someone might want to alter Paper2D asset for their purpose.
I'd like to request copying this texture to Megascans plugin as this would allow me disable Paper2D plugin which I don't need in any project utilizing photogrammetry ;)
