Unable to import materials with megascans plugin for UE 4.25.4
AnsweredHi, I am very new to the whole environment of game development, so I could very well be mistaken on some very basic stuff. I did my research as best as I could, and I did not find any solution to my problem.
I installed the megascans plugin following this post (https://help.quixel.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002127457-Installing-the-Megascans-Plugin-for-UE4-on-Windows) and the installation seems to have been a success. I specified the right folders in bridge's export settings, and I made sure to activate the plugin in Unreal. When I tried to download an asset (I tried with a few) and thus export it, bridge wasn't showing any issue, but when I opened UE I was met with the error in picture 1. I made some research and it looks like it's something I can safely discard. But when I opened the contenent folder of the asset I just imported there were the normals, albedo and displacement texture (despite me having selected in bridge to export the default textures) and the mesh (picture 2). In picture 3 it's possible to see that the material applied to the mesh is the standard world grid.
I repeated the process with some assets and the result is always the same. And this also applies to when I try to import materials (only some textures get imported). All my setting are the standard and I run bridge with admin privileges.
