Maya error when importing meta human

I've been getting this error message when ever I try to import metahuman characters to Maya

Errors have occurred while reading this scene that may result dataloss.
please check the script editor for details.

I don't know if the problem is from Maya or Bridge when the import is done it messes up the mesh please I need help fixing this.

Hello MTHALO,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Would you kindly verify that you're using Maya 2020?
Is this error isolated to this scene or does this error occur within a new Maya scene as well?

NO, I'm using Maya 2022 with python 2 so Maya can read the plugin
and yes the error appears in new Maya scene too.

I Have the same problem using Maya 2016. Error occur within a new Maya scene.

MTHALO Is there a fix or is Maya 2022 with python 2 not supported after all!

LOOTSOFT Maya 2022 isn't even supported I tried to use it with Python 2 it read the plug in but it's messed up the mesh like the SHARKDUDE's screenshot and error message popped up so I had no choice but to downgrade Maya until 2022 is supported.

Lootsoft and MTHALO It doesn't seem like it is limited to Maya 2022 because of the comment Sharkdude posted, he said he's using Maya 2016. What version of windows are you guys using?

I am having the same problem and when my import is finished it looks just like Sharkdude's post. I wanted to share the logs in my Script Editor if that will help find a solution:

is there already a solution for the above mentioned problems? I am on a Windows 10 Machine with Maya 2022.2 and I experience the similar/same problem:
