Unable to export anything from Bridge to Clarisse 5 sp5 (py3)

so im getting an msg that export was successful, there is nothing inside the clarisse project and when i check log i have an error:

 

2021-11-12 10:08:43 WARNING Mesh file format not supported for asset : E:\Megascan Library\Downloaded\3dplant\shrub_forest_vkmofctha\Var1\Var1_LOD0.fbx
2021-11-12 10:08:43 ERROR Problem importing mesh, deleting asset context

 

p.s.

if you have any developer free i can work with them and do as many tests as necessary to make this work, thanks

  Hello bazuka

  Thanks for reaching out. Our current Clarisse plugin supports up to Clarisse 4, it does not yet support Clarisse 5.

  Please review a workaround shared by another community member in this thread.
