    I thought forums exists for making the help process faster and easy for users for others that read the posts as well

    is it so hard to say THE PLUG IN IS NOT WORKING BECOUSE ITS MADE WITH OLDER PYTHON VER. ?

    just open maya  using this line of code:     maya.exe -pythonver 2

    If it was a python incompatibility issue, we would have informed our users a month ago. Multiple tests have been performed already on our end with Maya py2 and Maya py3. Both have not revealed any issue. The MS plugin loads perfectly fine with Maya 2022 Editor irrespective of its Python mode (py2 or py3).

    Yes, many users are reporting MS plugin startup-issue in Maya 2022, but these are all user-specific. It is for that very reason, we are refraining to post a (generic) resolution on the forum. Considering the varying nature of the issue for each user, a support ticket is being created against each post and then the issues are dealt with accordingly.
