Bridge not importing anything no matter how I try to fix

Hi, 

I really need to be able to easily import these models through bridge for a project, and I have tried everything to get it to work but when I hit export to blender, it gives me a successful message yet nothing shows up in blender. 

I have blender 2.91.2. I have tried uninstalling both blender and bridge multiple times and following YouTube tutorials as well as the tutorial posted in this forum, yet nothing get its to work. 

I havn't been able to find anyone else with this issue, so am hoping I can get an answer here.
