    Hello situ

    Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

    Note: Make sure Mixer is not running in the background. 

    1. Go to start
    2. Type Regedit and open "Registry Editor"
    3. In the Registry Editor, paste the following in the path on the top:
      Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
      Or navigate to the "Internet Settings" folder through this path. 
    4. Now double click on "Proxy Enable"
    5. A small window will open up. Change the value from "1" to "0" in the text bar under Value data. And click "Okay" to save the changes.
    6. Now launch Mixer with run as admin settings and see how it goes. 

    If the problem persists, kindly navigate to the following path and share your log file with the details of the issue on support@quixel.com:

    C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Quixel\Quixel Mixer\Player.log
