Can download a 3d asset, but not a surface still:

Assertion failed: (Index >= 0) & (Index < ArrayNum) [File:C:\Program Files\Epic Games\UE_4.27\Engine\Source\Runtime\Core\Public\Containers/Array.h] [Line: 703] Array index out of bounds: 2 from an array of size 2

Hi Nino Mancuso, thanks for posting on our Forum! Our Support team is in the PKT timezone, hence the clash in response time. I've converted this post into an email so that we can go through your log file and determine what may be causing the crash. Please keep an eye on your inbox!

Would you also attempt to open UE4 and shortly after it crashes, send us your Project Log? Your project log can be found in - Project Path/Saved/Logs)

Additionally, any video or screenshots you can provide to demonstrate this issue will be invaluable in assisting our developers. Please attach screenshots directly to your e-mail reply, or upload videos to www.streamable.com and paste the link once the upload has been processed. Thank you!
