quixel bridge shows export was succsusful but it wasn't quixel to blender

i've recently run into an issue where quixel bridge shows that my export was successful even though it didnt do anything i've tryed manually downloading the plugin from https://quixel.com/plugins/ and i am using the blender 2.9.3 version please help
