Understood, but I will bump this post because R25 support would be nice and I want Quixel to know that there is demand for it.

We're almost to R26 and nothing on R25 support!

It's always possible to drag and drop assets into your preferred DCC or engine in the absence of free plugin support - while you wait, this is a perfectly viable alternative.

Thx for your response Jonathan, you're right I'm on the free tier because my maiin engine is unreal but I also use C4d, let's say I was a paying c4d customer, what kind support are you guys providing right now? Better yet, how could I pay for a service that has no support for months? If I sign up now, when will I get the support?

About the drag and drop, you mean dragging from bridge to c4d? That won't work either

Our plugins are free. Users who pay for a subscription are paying for access to the scan library and licensing to use the scans in their desired renderer or engine of choice.

You would need to open the asset's folder and manually import the asset in question into your preferred renderer. If you're on an Unreal Unlimited plan, however, the only authorized usage for your assets would be within Unreal Engine - not Cinema 4D.

We need support for R25 please.

I tried importing downloaded assets from Bridge to C4D & it says "Unknown file format!"

The "our plugins are free" line is nonsense; you are absolutely selling Bridge as part of the package.

  • Bridge is a free tool as are the plugins supplied with it, and has been for well over two years now. Please refrain from bumping nearly month-old topics without adding anything constructive to the discussion.
