an error when trying to export assets to Maya 2020/2022

Hi there! As the title says, I'm getting an error when trying to export assets to Maya 2022/ 2020

I've already installed the Megascans plug-in in Maya. 

Whenever I try to export anything to Maya I get two errors:

1) Could Not Export Assets. Please Check Log For Details.
and 
2) Could Not Send Data Over Port 13291

Not really sure why this is happening. I've tried reinstalling the plugin as well as Bridge, nothing is fixing it.

  Hi EricBouffard, if you've followed the steps to delete and re-install the Plugin (https://help.quixel.com/hc/en-us/sections/360000647178-Maya-Plugin-FAQs-), and it still doesn't work, we'll need your log file to investigate, which will require correspondence via email. Unfortunately, it is not a single fix applicable to the issue itself, it is usually user-specific, which is why we refrain from going back and forth on the Forum, and switch to email.
