Accidently switched to unlimited when updating new version and now I'm out SOO MUCH MONEY (I hope not)

I've been a Quixel user for many years. I finally decided to see what the UE is all about and it's becoming a terrible decision. I updated bridge and been downloading things left and right to get things going and I have nearly 2000 purchased assets over the years and 980 points left (did) on my account. All of the sudden I can't use any assets or materiasl in my DCC's and I can only use UE which I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO USE haha as funny as it sounds it's really not. I sent support tickets but got emails that due to high volume I may not get a speedy response. If someone else has endured such an issue I would love to hear a solution. It's both frustrating and really affecting my work at the moment too. I come to find in the forum it explains your out of luck once this is done I REALLY hope there is a solution.
