Bridge says Megascan plugin is installed but does not appear in UE4

Currently the Megascans plugin will not appear in unreal, even though bridge says it is currently installed. Bridge also wont let me export any assets as it says "Plugin is not installed"

here it is not appearing in UE4

which is confusing as here it is bridge saying its installed.

and the folder for megascans currently in my plugin folder.

I've followed the installation guides, I've restarted, I've reinstalled the plugin, I've reinstalled Bridge. Nothing has worked any help would be apricated.

  Hello!

  I'm happy to help with this! When you uninstalled the plugin, were you using the workflow defined in this guide? If not, please try uninstalling the plugin following those steps, which ensures the plugin is entirely removed. Once done, please reinstall the plugin using the same file paths.
