Empty plug-ins window in Bridge

After installing UE5, the plug-ins window in Bridge is empty. Reinstalling didn't help. I cleaned the files in appdata, it didn't help. There are no plans to delete UE5 :)  Help!

  UE5 contains its own version of Bridge - make sure you're launching it via UE. The standalone version of Bridge is not compatible with UE5.

  I need a standalone version of Bridge to import into other programs. But after installing UE5 I can't do it.

  I'm using UE version 4.26, how can I use standalone version of quixel bridge without plugin?
